Bridgewater Secured Income Funds are designed to create a real estate secured asset portfolio of mortgage notes/contracts and real estate. The focus of our Funds will be to obtain the highest possible risk-adjusted returns through the purchase of mortgage notes/contracts and residential or commercial real estate for the specific purpose of generating income, appreciation, and tax shelter through depreciation.
Bridgewater seeks to raise capital in order to purchase real estate-backed assets. Investors will become Class A Members of the Fund and will receive a fixed return, plus profit share.
We intend to operate each Fund for a term of five (5) years, at which point the assets of the Fund shall be liquidated and the Class A Members will first receive a return of their initial capital contribution, plus their pro-rated fixed return and profit share.
